The Lake County JATC has worked with several Instituions to offer Apprentice Graduates the opportunity to further their education if interested.
Southern Illinois University (SIU)
Southern Illinois University has approved a full articulation with the College of Lake County AAS Degree.Their Bachelor of Science Degree In Technical Resource Management is now available at the University Center on the CLC campus in Grayslake.
Columbia Southern University (CSU)
Columbia Southern is also an online formatted degree institution with several options for those in the construction industry, includeing a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health or Project Management. The Lake County JATC is a learning partner with CSU which offers students free textbooks and reduced tuition.
DeVry University
DeVry University offers a full articulation with the College of Lake County AAS degree.
They offer a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management degree. Their courses are in a classroom setting or online format to fit the needs of the busy student.
